At the start of the class, you will be taught a centering technique then warm up and stretching follows. These practices emphasize on movement and strong breathing.

Yoga develops mindfulness that eventually leads to compassion – not only towards others but also to self. The breathing exercises allow you to focus on the present without judgment.
