Catch Queensland's premier Gran Fondo ride, the Noosa Classic. This cycling event will undoubtedly be one to remember, with fantastic race courses including the 65km Rouleurs Classic, 120km Challenge Classic, or 160km Maxi Classic. So get your cycling buddies together, and get excited to cycle the spectacular Noosa region.

Cooroy Mountain Spring Festival
August 21
Don't miss this once-a-year opportunity to climb Cooroy Mountain as the Cooroy Mountain Spring Festival returns this year. All net earnings go to charitable organisations, with Sunshine Butterflies, a nearby organisation that supports people with disabilities, as the primary recipient.
The first walkers can begin their ascent at 6.30 am, and the final walkers leave the base camp at 1 pm. Plenty of on-site parking is available for a gold coin donation, and festival admission costs $10 for adults and $5 for children under 12 years old. Wear closed-toed walking shoes, and bring a water-carrying bag and sunscreen.
There will also be food stalls and entertainment, plus an observation trail where you can take a stroll through the rainforest.
