Get ready to discover new flavours and great Australian wines at Noosa Food and Wine 2017! It’s a great event that brings some of Australia’s best chefs in beautiful beach, river and hinterland locations.

This year’s event has three Festival villages: the Junction, the Beach and the Woods. These are places where you can meet some of the best chefs from around Australia as they showcase some of the country’s finest produce. Joining them are more than 40 of Australia’s best winemakers!

There is an excellent program that will suit all kinds of food and wine lovers!

“An Indigenous Kitchen” is all about indigenous ingredients as Clayton Donovan from Wild Kitchen creates a dinner using these ingredients. There is also the “Noosa Food Trail” which includes farm tours at Eumundi Beef’s Onyx Farm and Noosa Black Coffee. It also features an Asian-inspired three-course lunch with Matt Golinski.

Love seafood? You might like “A Seafaring Adventure!” Locales’ resident chef Andy Davies will captain a crew including swash-buckling Ben Williamson of Brisbane’s Gerard’s Bistro and Paul West of the River Cottage Australia.

For a hinterland foodie experience, join a foodie tour at “Taste of the Hinterland.” It will take you away from the busy beaches of the coast to the Noosa Hinterland and then up to Montville.

Noosa Food and Wine 2017 will be from 18-21 May 2017 all around the Noosa region.
